Dentlease has been specifically designed to give all dental practitioners a quick and easy way to fund their small to medium sized equipment purchases, or other capital requirements, when the bank can't or won't do it because it's too small or bothersome, and you'd be mad to put it on your credit card.
With flexible terms and payments structured to suit your individual needs Dentlease provides a real alternative to the financial needs of your practice, whether new or established. Our facilities are designed to allow you the full available taxation benefits applicable from all payments and costs and can be tailored to suit the projected of your practice.
Our standard terms are normally three (3) years and our funding is available for capital items from approx $1,000 to ...???, well just ask us, as there is no defined upper limit in assisting you with your financial requirements. A nominal application fee ($82.50 incl GST) is charged on all applications. These fees along with any additional costs that may be associated with the registering of any securities or stamp duties are fully tax deductible for you.
Would you like a line of credit pre-approved to cater for your anticipated needs in the next 6 months or so? Well this facility is one area where we can be of service to you. Once we have notified you that your facility is approved, a simple written request outlining your drawdown requirements is all that is needed to make the funds available for your capital purchases. We will then undertake to pay the supplier once they have delivered your equipment/capital purchase and you notify us that it is operating to your satisfaction. On most occasions you will have been able to facilitate this without having to leave your practice as we help you achieve real savings in both time and money.
